Job Title: Business Development Manager (Assessment Service)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and share the planning process for marketing & sales activities to maintain stable growth in the company’s market share.
  • Prepare action plans and assign targets to sales team members to ensure yearly goals achievements.
  • Allocate Human and financial resources to achieve targets
  • Manage, coordinate, and facilitate all marketing & sales activities
  • Review, assess, and improve marketing & sales activities to increase efficiency
  • Coordinate with other departments in the company to ensure consistent information flow between deferent business units.
  • Maintain customers relationships to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Presents and demonstrates company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Identifies and resolves client concerns.
  • Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
  • Prepares pricing proposal models.
  • Provides on-the-job training to new sales employees.
Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher
  • Learning & Development Qualification (preferred)

Experience:

  • 7 years in training, learning & Development, Psychometric assessment, or Consulting Service.
  • 3 years of which in a MANAGEMENT role.

Skills:

  • Fluency in English Language
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to write and develop business proposals
  • Driving License
  • Computer literacy
