Job Description
- Participate in data extraction, integration and online data between different sources (like Billing, Online Charging, Siebel and so on...) and targets for accurate and recently updated customer information.
- Developing & managing extracting data from different sources to integrate this data in one database model (DWH models) for reporting, insights and dashboards.
- Availing online information with minimal delay without hitting the source system (few milliseconds)
- Participate in DWH solutions team to avail different reporting, insights and dashboards figures for business users and decision makers.
- Innovating new solutions to avail the data of different systems in one integrated information format which facilities and enable the commercial to explore and invade new wide areas of customer’s interest in the Egyptian market.
- Participate in the road map of the DWH extraction, Integration and online data changes (ODS) to enrich the decision makers with maximum helpful integrated data in minimal response time.
- Altering other systems for the occurrence of predefined action/criteria to support decision making (eg. Online Campaigns, interactive CRM activities)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
- 4-7 years of experience
- Teradata DB, SQL, BTEQ, SP and views creation
- Datastage IBM Info sphere workflows design, implementation and jobs failure tracking and fix
- Shell scripting
- Web Service integration
