Job Description
- Prepare target list of customers for contacting by phone using phone, social-media, contacts and other sources of information.
- Follow selling target, sell using the phone aiming at identifying prospects who could benefit from company solutions
- Report in defined format to telesales team leader
- Follow defined quality and sales procedures while running sales activities
- Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems
- Carry out satisfaction, awareness and perception surveys and report
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or related field required.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Telephone Marketing.
- Clearing & High Voice.
- Females Only
- Residence in Banha city is must
