Job Description
- Provide office management support and to the CEO including work organization and follow up.
- Schedule appointments and organize meetings for boss insider and outside the office and take meeting minutes.
- Coordinates between the general manager and the clients, team members and other potential communications.
- Screening phone calls, inquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Perform other relevant duties as instructed by the CEO Job Requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Good in English.

- Presentable is a MUST.
- From 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
