Job Description

  • Provide office management support and to the CEO including work organization and follow up.
  • Schedule appointments and organize meetings for boss insider and outside the office and take meeting minutes.
  • Coordinates between the general manager and the clients, team members and other potential communications.
  • Screening phone calls, inquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Perform other relevant duties as instructed by the CEO Job Requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Good in English.
  • Females only.
  • Presentable is a MUST.
  • From 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office.
