Job Description
We are looking for the one who will make people life @Vezeeta regarding technical devices and networks smooth facilitating the growth of the leading health-care IT entity.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Resolve the introduce IT related issues within the pre-defined SLA
- Help and give the information to users how solving the problem of printers, Internet, language and more
- Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demand
- Responsible for purchasing, Communicating with vendors for hardware related issues, and with Suppliers for hardware/software requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department
- Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
Job Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Experience working with computer hardware.
- Experience with desktop operating systems.
- Extensive application support experience.
- The ability to prioritize your work load
