This position is a consultative role, where you will partner with people-hiring leaders to ensure their expectations are understood. Sourcing top talent is the outcome. Your job will be to paint a picture of the opportunities that await them at BasharSoft. Through your interactions with each applicant, you will assess their culture fit and provide them with the specifics they need to envision their future as a BasharSoft employee.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Understand key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each new role. Partnerships with our Product/Marketing/Sales/Operations Teams will provide you the opportunity to understand each line of business, ensuring you have a full understanding of their expectations.
  • Develop a tight schedule for processing candidates. You will leave others in awe of your ability to meet their needs for high-volume hiring. Often, these hires will require screening, interviewing, and processing of candidates each week.
  • Ensure a positive experience for every applicant and maintain a positive and respectful environment for them—including those that will not be offered a position at BasharSoft. Your goal is to accomplish this by providing clear communication regarding the hiring process and time frames, giving direct feedback, providing guidance for future possibilities, and soliciting referrals.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to achieve aggressive recruiting goals under tight deadlines
  • Great interpersonal skills with people from all walks of life and backgrounds
  • Advanced experience with candidate-tracking databases and other recruitment technologies
  • Social media recruiting a must (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.)
  • WUZZUF and Forasna previous employer usage would be an advantage
  • High level of integrity, judgment, and follow-through
  • Ability to multitask and handle diverse job requisitions
  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience
  • BA/BS degree
