Job Description
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota and manage the entire end-to-end sales process
- Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
- Independently manage assigned accounts.
- Assess and develop a keen understanding of challenges faced by healthcare clients
- Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
- Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 5 years recent sales experience in the health care industry
- Experience selling to Pharma brand management, marketing or medical education teams desirable
- Superior focus on client service, with a passion for helping clients solve their most pressing challenges
- Formal sales training.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
- The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
- Must act like a true hunter, act with urgency and build new relationships with senior level (VP/Director and above) clients at healthcare companies.
