Job Description
- Responsible for all accounting and financial function and people.
- Maintain an accounting system to keep with accepted principles and standards.
- Maintain a computerized database system for all accounting functions.
- Maintain payroll records and process per-weekly payroll changes.
- Maintain cash books, ledgers, and general journals for all programs.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all programs.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Maintain tax records.
- Write checks and maintain checkbooks for all programs.
- Provide all details and information required to facilitate the auditing process.
- Provide the executive director with full disclosure of expenditures and revenues.
- Develop guidelines for budgetary controls and cash flow management.
- Monitor the company’s all business activities with third parties.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Develop and maintain an internal control system.
Job Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Food & beverage or Hotels Field.
