Job Description
- Prepare and control training tools and coordinate between salespeople and management to reach customer maximum satisfaction
- Coordinate with training manager to prepare training plan and training logistics
- Coordinate with office manager to prepare training staff
- Prepare training materials
- Prepare training schedule
- Attend the training program
- Prepare to post training reporting
- Send training materials soft copy to trainees
- Collect trainees feedback
- Fix any problem raised immediately, report and take action for not repeating it
