Job Description

  • Provide technical support to computer system users and company operations (in person, via phone, Email...).
  • Performs regular visits to stores for maintenance and technical support.
  • Will be one of the stocktaking team.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware & software issues.
  • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
  • Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, operating systems and Cameras.
  • Buying IT equipments either by going to stores or be contacting vendors.
  • Develop and update technical documentation for users and IT team.
  • Train and advise users on appropriate actions and how to use systems, applications and answer their questions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • IT Certification (windows client, MCSA, CCNA, SQL DB Basics…).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MS applications skills.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Reporting Skills.
  • Flexible.
  • Accurate and attention to details.
  • Responsible.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Team player.
