Job Description
- Ensures the implementation of the FIFO system within the warehouse (Short shelf life time product).
- Develops & Reviews daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and develops analysis reports on various measurable factors against benchmarked figures (e.g. reports relating to; stock levels, stock ageing, top sellers, service levels with regards to stock availability, volume turnover, recovery analysis, range analysis, manpower productivity, etc.).
- Follows up stock's movement on ERP System.
- Manages activities of receiving products by following the best practices, in terms of time, costs and productivity.
- Analyzes processes and problems, to suggest different solutions in order to achieve cost savings with higher level of efficiency and effectiveness, ability to measure and manage productivity for each flow.
- Ensures safety, security, quality, food safety in all processes managed.
- Ensures that: operations are conducted as per the SOP's (Standard Operations Procedures) and the IMS (Inventory Management System) procedures in place and reports on any deviations with suggestions.
- Monitors budget to ensure the alignment with the set budget.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- BSc of Supply Chain, Commerce or any related area.
- Post graduate studies is a plus.
-Experience:
- 7-10 years hands-on experience in FMGC field (Preferred in Dairies & Cheese)
