Studying and analyzing the production cycle carefully to minimize the waste of the raw materials, time and the whole production work flow and suggest any preventive actions or modifications if required
Manage the production of customers’ samples, with focus on quality standards and customers’ special requirements, and follow up on them.
Work closely with maintenance technicians to solve production delay and assure best quality
Establish a durable preventive maintenance Process for the sewing machines, with experience in machinery upgrading to increase efficiency.

Education :

Bachelor degree in applied art textile department or Faculty of home economics textile department .

Skills:

Having enough experience in the knitted and woven fabrics nature and specifications after cutting.
Knowledge in the perfect usage of fabrics for final and neat products.
Experience in designing patterns is a must.
Ability to optimize the procedures of production, time study for each style to achieve the highest productivity and quality.
Experienced in CAD/CAM system to reduce the cutting waste and compromise between customer’s inquires and final products.
Full awareness of the quality guidelines and standards.
Experience in Lean manufacturing will be an asset.
