About the job:
- A Creative Development Artist creates concept art and illustrations for Bidaj gaming studio.
- Your goal is to bring to life the characters and environments through epic concepts and inspiring illustration work to be used across the game.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional art and design skills
- Obsessive about look development in a realistic visual style
- Strong visual design process with inventive costume and character sensibilities using a combination of drawing, painting and photo
- Bashing techniques
- Ability to craft clear & detailed production drawings (orthographic layouts) for characters, and props in a realistic style
- Must have strong communication and problem solving skills and are able to collaborate effectively with the team
- Basic Qualifications
- A passion for art and a strong desire to improve.
- Solid approach from ideation to final concepts
- Expert Visual Communicator
- Proficient in Photoshop.
- (Modeling ability in a 3D rendering package is a plus)
- Strong understanding of human anatomy
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience as a concept artist
- Portfolio that demonstrates creativity and craftsmanship
