Asses the Current Situation and Initiate The Gap analysis
Put the Action Plane and start implementing once getting the approval
Ensure safe working conditions for all employees and visitors.
Put the training, Education, motivation and engagement plan to our employees to contribute to our HSE commitment
Design The HSE Policy which must be aligned and complied with the Exporting Certificates and Health and safety law.
Create a sense of duty in every employee towards personal safety, as well as that of others who may be affected by the employee’s actions.
Ensure prompt reporting of any incidents and adequate monitoring and measurement of our HSE performance.
Ensure safe handling, storage, use and disposal of all substances and materials that are classified as hazardous to health and environment whenever applicable.
Implement a system of regular HSE audit in order to assure compliance with our policy as well as requirements of laws.
Work continuously to improve our Environmental, Health & Safety performance, openly communicate our HSE performance, and participate in external initiatives that improve our knowledge and performance.

Education: BSc/BA in safety management / security administration or relevant field is preferred
Experience: From 3 Years of experience preferred who has experience in textile
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
Valid qualification in occupational health and safety
