Job Description
- Preparing and issuing sales invoices according to the sales order.
- Registering the purchase invoice
- Reviewing the approved sales prices to be applied on all sales invoices
- Preparing (weekly, Monthly) sales and Vendors reports.
- Performs accounts Payable & Receivables duties and ensure expenditures are charged to appropriate accounts.
- Preparing all the related accounting entries.
- Assists in preparing financial reports & monthly statement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant major.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Computer literate is a must.
- Excellent command of English.
- Takes responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
