Job Description

  • Establish and implement functional best practices and processes.
  • Manage all planning functions on the project in accordance with the procedures where identified.
  • Development of project specific procedures including work breakdown structure and progress measurement methods in accordance with Company requirements.
  • Organize flow of planning and progress information with internal and external sources.
  • Development and maintenance of the baseline schedule for Company’s approval including planned progress s-curves and reporting formats.
  • Prepare progress reports including monthly reviews in a timely fashion including statement of critical paths and deviations against approved baseline.
  • Prepare forecast schedules based on actual project status and anticipated evolution.
  • Prepare specific schedules and what if simulations.
  • Ensure that changes are taken into consideration and be pro-active in early identification of deviations and corrective actions.
  • Keep record of changes made to schedules through various revisions.
  • Preparation of the project planning report and ensure planning input for Corporate reporting is provided in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with the project team to provide resources schedule and actual progress.
  • Work hand in hand with the Project Risk Manager.
  • Ensure support is extended to proposal and bidding effort.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Experience and background in Oil & Gas or Power Plants is a must.
  • Very Good English.
