Recently Multicare Poland has been launched which will be the entry port of the business to the European Union (EU).

VACANCY:

We are hiring professional candidates to join as Sales Administrators (two vacancies) as per the following details:

  • Designation:Sales Administrator
  • Location:Maadi
  • Reporting:Business Unit Manager
  • Grade:S01/S03

Job Purpose:

To act as coordinators between the field-based Sales Force and Central Functions located the Head Office

A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tasks and activities between HQ based functions and Sales Force
  • Follow daily report submission and consolidate for meaningful conclusion
  • Dispatch samples, promotional materials, brand reminders, etc to the outstation team across all governorates
  • Coordinate business card requests and handling mobile phone
  • Receive monthly expenses report and deliver it to Finance for execution
  • Collect hiring documents from new joiners as per the prevailing practice
  • Handle requests of the Sales Force and inquiries from other functions
  • Monitor the adherence to the newly implemented CRM system ensuring submission on agreed timely manner
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Business Unit Head including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings

 

Job Requirements

1. Qualification/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Level of education: Relevant degree

Experience :

  • Experience in handling more or less same role preferably at Pharmaceutical company
  • Experience of minute/note-taking and the preparation, communication and follow up of associated action points
  • Language: English proficiency is mandated
  • IT Literacy :Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and general computer skills
