Job Description
- Assist customers with routine account-related questions
- Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments when necessary.
- Research customer questions
- Process necessary paperwork to rebate customer service charges.
- Verify information.
- Perform customer requested research, including printing statement and check copies.
Job Requirements
- Basic math, clerical and typing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service
- Ability to understand and retain product and service knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills,capable of tailoring communication to each unique situation
- Active listener with ability to ask needed questions in order to clarify any ambiguity
