Job Description
- Receive, review and save contracts and purchase orders
- The work of a financial summary showing the total value of works and deductions and previous payments to suppliers and their adoption
- Proof and registration of purchase orders after the audit on the accounting program of the company, taking into account the loading of its cost centers
- Review and register branches and ensure that expenses and payments are charged to their cost centers.
- Review the bills of exchange stores to make sure to load their cost centers.
- Reviewing asset purchase restrictions, monitoring the movement of the company's assets, separating the company's fixed assets and branches and recording its depreciation.
- Preparation of the annual inventory of assets and the performance of reports of matching balances of balances with actual balances.
Job Requirements
- Obtained BA in commerce
- Experience at least three years as a cost accountant and preferably in the field of clothing
- I.C.D.L
- Experience in cost accounting - Conversation skills - Direct communication skills (dealing with others)
- Communication skills (correspondence / memos / e-mail)
- Full knowledge of accounting rules
- To be qualified for permanent work
