Job Description

  • Planning Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Implementing strategy across all digital channels including website, and across all company related digital presence.
  • Reviewing and goal setting in Analytics
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Identifies emerging digital marketing trends and future opportunities to promote Company and its products and programs through existing and emerging channels.
  • Track effectiveness and the return of channel marketing campaigns and report on results to upper management.
  • Brand focused and capable of delivering targeted messages that are in line with key communication objectives and deliver tangible results that are “on-brand”
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day management or the paid digital accounts (paid search engine marketing, retargeting, display campaigns)
  • Monitor and optimize the accounts to increase brand awareness, visibility, prospect engagement and lead generation
  • Evaluate, assess and analyze the effectiveness of all the accounts’ performance metrics
  • Provide insight and tactical recommendation to improve utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad-words, and Facebook Insights
  • Develop and implement targeted and scale-able strategies based on data analyses across the different accounts
  • Manage and allocate the paid digital accounts budget to achieve effective returns
  • Collaborate and support other departments across the group with data analyses, campaign tracking, email campaign analyses and QR code generation
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in digital marketing
  • Seek out innovative digital marketing techniques to develop and execute the test and learn opportunities for continuous optimization and improvement of the company’s digital marketing capabilities.
  • Support and liaise with external Search Engine Optimization partners, as appropriate.
  • Working with Marketing Director to deliver E-commerce strategy against budget
  • Develop the online marketing channels utilized to maximize ROI
  • Implement a customer acquisition and retention program
  • Website design/improvement - optimizing product display and usability
  • Planning, forecasting and operational management of the web store
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to grow e-commerce revenue
  • Manage all online marketing budgets and activity
  • Run CRM and email activity using Group tools and email providers
  • Championing and growing e-Commerce within the Company brand
  • Sharing with the e-commerce team to maximize growth across all online marketing channels including PPC, SEO, affiliate programs, email marketing and social media.
  • Producing relevant website content, maintaining social media accounts and writing blog posts.
  • Working within analytical platforms to create online strategies.
  • Providing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services to ensure that our keywords rank high in search results.
  • Use creative skills when identifying new ways to increase our online presence.
  • Build SWOT analysis to help sales teams qualify and close business.
  • Market-test our product positioning and strategy through surveys and individual customer interviews.
  • Build standard solution presentations and/or tailor presentations to target market opportunities, work create/deliver training and develop sales kits including elements such as quick reference cards, selling guides, sales development promoters, future statement of direction, etc.
  • Develop campaign content and ensure effective marketing mix. Understand existing customer base and work with customer reference leads to help drive the reference program.
  • Work with Product Management, help drive the software, customer, and service.
  • Planning and managing e-commerce loyalty card program and reward points

Job Requirements

  • BA degree required (marketing and communications) or proven hands-on experience in the digital marketing realm.
  • A strong retail background is essential to be considered for this position
  • 5 years of channel marketing and project management in an e-commerce environment.
  • Expert with the marketing automation platform.
  • Tactical experience with the creation and execution of email campaigns
  • Background in marketing and overseeing designers/artwork creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze statistical information and develop strategies and programs to ensure consumer growth and engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation campaign management platforms
  • Successful experience in digital marketing tactics, including email and pay-per-click in addition to back-end software analysis and ability to propose ways/processes for improvement.
  • Highly creative, yet detail oriented.
  • Experience with performance-based management expectations including achieving revenue quota goals, and meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collect and analyze and prioritize market needs, industry trends, and customer requests.
  • Produce market requirements for new product development and existing product enhancements and establish product release plans based on market research and internal resources.
  • Perform competitively and win/loss analysis, monitor competitive activity, perform the gap analysis to identify where the solution does not address the market opportunity and work with product management to help prioritize and identify requirements to address functional gaps.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • 1 year at least experience in dealing with E-Commerce and any CMS platform.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn and work on new technologies.
  • Good communication skills.
