Job Description
- Coordinate Online Marketing Communication calendar for all channels in conjunction with overall marketing activity through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking and evaluating and audience identification.
- Handles day-to-day operations of Social Media Channels and manage digital activation's from concept through timeline to closing and reporting the results and setting final recommendations
- Week and/or Month end reporting for all Online Communication Channels data analysis; reports of online sales, online positioning, online reputation, online results, etc.
- Moderating and handling digital communities in-line and real-time with moderation policies for each platform.
- Handle digital campaigns for clients based on their needs.
- Manages the company reputation by following up with the quality control function to ensure that social media is aware of any problems so they can react accordingly.
- Tracks customer activity to capture consumer trends and activity and capitalize on it accordingly on social media platform.
