Job Description

  • Follow up the Monitoring and Administration of the e-payment systems and its availability with the highest quality.
  • Follow up the issuing of all the needed reports for all the involved entities within the systems scope.
  • Follow up the generating different files and reports from the e-Pay system.
  • Follow up the completing of all the activities to join the banks and the authorities to the ePay systems.
  • Follow up the configuration of different access levels and user privileges.
  • Follow up the applying of any changes according to business rules, and making the required parameterizations and settings.
  • Follow up and validate the results of the UAT test cases.
  • Follow up the implementation of any new fix or upgrade sent by the vendor after completing the testing.
  • Follow up handling the e-Pay systems operations, and report any errors or bugs and participate in work around and applying solutions.
  • Follow up the Monitoring and the confirmation of the availability of the application on a regular basis.
  • Follow up the reviewing of start and End of Day reports.
  • Performs any job-related tasks assigned by direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • Technical knowledge in IT and DB syntax preferred.
  • Technical knowledge in Software implementation and troubleshooting preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer support skills.
  • Bachelor degree or above in Software Engineering or Business Administration.
  • More than 8 years’ experience in the banking and transactions processing fields.
