Job Description
- Participate with the warehouse manager in developing the action plans of the warehouse's division.
- Support the warehouse manager in developing and implementing all strategies effectively as well the action plans.
- Manage and operate the monthly action plan for the team under his supervision.
- Participate with the warehouse manager in developing the warehouse business budget.
- Follow-up with the direct manager of the quality standards and updated technologies in the field to be implemented in the company.
- Supervise the team through action plans to implement the service level of agreement.
- Manage the warehouse Keepers' performance and provide follow-up instructions.
- Implement the rules of warehousing based on the specific commitments and the requirements of the service level of agreement.
- Provide technical support for the accounts managers to solve customer complaints regarding the warehousing process.
- Coordinate with the resources management in the implementation of the warehouse’s action plans.
- Comply with the ISO procedures of health and safety.
- Ensure the effectiveness of daily functions and procedures of warehouses Motivate, train, and support new and existing staff.
- Supervises the spare parts, chemicals, packaging materials and ensures that all various stock items are recorded.
- Responsible for the filling system and follow-up on maintaining the filling mechanism and system.
- Responsible for the safekeeping of all invoices and documents related to incoming and outgoing items according to company policies & procedures in this respect.
- Adhere to work timings, policies, and procedures of the company, and ensure that the self is well-groomed as per NACITA uniform at all times.
- Work on reducing accidents and injuries.
- Report any damages that occurred for the stock.
- Perform periodical (monthly \ weekly) reports to Warehouse Manager upon achievements and performance of action plans.
- Perform a periodical technical evaluation for his team within the division.
- Support the Warehouse Manager in all assigned tasks when needed.
- Compliance with all administrative and technical rules applied by the company.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
- SAP user or any similar ERP system.
Qualifications/Experiences:
- Bachelor in management or other related field.
- Preferred to be in logistics/ or Warehouses.
- Minimum of 5 - 6 years of work experience.
Languages:
- Arabic: Native.
- English: Very Good (spoken- written).

Computer Skills:
