Job Description
- Provide technical support to our USA clients via phone, email, or chatting application
- Handle IT tickets life cycle via the service desk system
- Research questions using our knowledge base system or the internet
Job Requirements
- Must be Fluent in English (Writing, Listening and Speaking)
- From 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Web Hosting and Cloud Services
- Excellent knowledge of cPanel/WHM, Domain Services, DNS, SSL Certificates, and VPS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Working hours to be from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Good attendance and punctuality required
