Job Description
- Handle testing proposals in terms of estimation and planning
- Allocate and plan testing resources to ensure maximum utilization
- Manage and support testing teams across projects/engagements on daily basis.
- Coach and support team members in technical issues and problems
- Ensure quality activities are meet and exceed customers' expectations
- Identify technical risks to pinpoint quality problems and ensure continuous improvement
- Measure testing performance and help the organization introduce tools to deliver quality systems
- Work with clients to develop and manage testing projects frameworks
- Work with the support team to get customers feedback and define suggestions for improvement
- Identify the team training plans to ensure their growth and skill development
- Ensure team motivation to achieve required tasks on time and within the company standard quality levels

Establish and support testing specialization initiatives (Security, performance and automation testing)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Hands on testing experience in various business domains
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Team work, problem solving and leadership skills are required
