Job Description
- Served as a liaison between the factory, purchasing, inventory and logistic departments to ensure a proper flow of product through the supply chain.
- Create weekly analysis and database to review process that identified gaps and action plans to resolve
- Collected, reviewed and monitored cost impact across the supply chain spending.
- Make forecast recommendations to ensure a proper level of inventory in a warehouse
- Involved with the annual inventory process at the factory.
- Provided technical, analytical leadership and support to improve the quality and timeliness of the S&OP process
- Participate and drive budget preparations for the supply chain.
- Prepare monthly templates / presentations for regional review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting filed
- Excellent command of spoken & written English
- Work experience of 3 to 5 years in a supply chain financial analyst / costing analyst role ideally within a multinational equivalent organization is a MUST
- A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and advanced MS Excel
- Excellent understanding of Cost management best practice
- A solution based approach to problem-solving
