Job Description
- Architect end-to-end IoT solutions
- Evaluate, assess, and select IoT-related component technologies
- Guide the whole design and implementation of IoT solution
- Design, coordinate and execute pilots, prototypes or proof of concept and provide validation on specific scenarios and innovation ideas
- Actively participate in the international membership/partnership related activities and communicate with relevant stakeholders internally and with our partners
Job Requirements
- Understanding of emerging IoT technologies and communications protocols with good solution architecture background
- Experience in embedded device programming, for example, Adruino boards, C++, Java or Python
- Experience developing IoT solutions and passion for writing code Good knowledge with C/C++, Mobility, J2EE, .Net and middle ware
- Good knowledge of following technologies
- Embedded Systems
- Embedded device programming
- Device protocols and wearable technology
- Sensor fusion
- Internet of Things
- Hands on SOA architect
- Experience with any IoT Platforms
- Working knowledge on IoT standards and protocols
- Integrations and cloud
- Experience building web services using JSON, REST, SOAP and other similar web service technologies
- Hands on BPM + ESB + rule engine
- Cloud integration concepts
- Cloud Security is a plus
- Strong presentation skills with ability to effectively facilitate discussion
- Strong project management skills
- Eager to quickly learn by searching and reading, both by example and by trial and error
- Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team environment
- Self-motivated
