Job Description
- Conduct market research and analysis to generate new business opportunities.
- Responsible for establishing and managing relations with clients. This includes:
- Handling client invoices and follow up on collection progress
- Dealing with client inquiries and/or complaints
- Attending international exhibitions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are to be delivered in an adequate manner.
- Establish and manage relations with surveyors, haulage and insurance companies.
- Handel all necessary arrangements and documentation for the entire export process.
- Provide weekly, monthly and yearly sales analysis reports.
- Provide annual budget reports and monthly roll-on forecasts.
- Maintain client business confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the same or a related job with high consideration to international markets.
- Applicants must hold a minimum of a bachelor degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Applicants with additional command of Russian and Dutch languages are preferred.
- Passionate and Results oriented
- Very good attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
