Job Description
- Develops and set working policy and procedures for QC dept.
- Coordinate all project construction phases.
- Helps parties in projects measure and assess their capabilities, detect their points of strengths and weaknesses, define their priorities and the constraints with regard to company plan.
- Ensures that projects standards and specifications are implemented with relevance to the activities as well as methods and procedures of the execution.
- Develops a strategic plan for supporting projects in reaching a common understanding of quality items and procedures.
- Meet quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Assists in the preparation and implementation of training, workshops, meetings, missions, and other awareness activities pertaining to the projects.
- Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Assists in developing strong ties with involving third parties (Certified laboratories, International material suppliers, Batch plants, authorized applicators, academic authorities) that can help in liaising running activities.
- Update job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Periodical inspection on the running projects, evaluating the performance, reviewing the procedures of each assigned QC staff, and operating a diagnostic/prognostic analysis for any hindering cases.
- Hold regular meetings with team members to enhance communication and ensure the sharing of the same objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Outstanding academic qualifications to meet the requirements of solving high-tech problems and updated technicalities of quality (the know-how).
- Strong awareness of QC issues, international standards and specifications, International Codes of practices.
