Job Description
Provide technical services & support for the following areas:
- Network level :WAN and LAN connectivity&routers.
- Internal system, cloud and network infrastructure.
- Microsoft related technologies: Windows sever,SQL Serverd) Virtualization technologies: VMware,Citrix and Microsoft.
- Remote access solution suppor:VPN, Remote desktop services, and Cirtrix.
- Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications.
- Data backups including designing,implementation & documentation
- Advises and recommends in the area of infrastructure design,capacity
- Monitors server logs to view trends and anticipate future server /disk drive issues;configures new severs, both hosts and virtual servers.
Job Requirements
Required Technical Expertise:
- WAN technology (MPLS,VPN)
- MCSA Server 2016
- CCNAIP phones and IP cam knowledge
- VPN Connectivity troubleshooting and configuration.
- Security software and End Point solutions plus other security related technologies
