Job Description
Tall & Short is looking for a rock star Account Manager – a hands-on strategic thinker and doer who can dive right in and have a fabulous time doing it.
We're looking for exceptional Account Manager who will:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client management.
- Managing the entire life cycle of individual projects to achieve highest level of client satisfaction, quality and efficiency.
- Responsible for the project from initial planning to delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
- Liaise with clients and agencies, producers, and other assistants internally and externally.
- Schedule and maintain internal & external meetings and calendar (with agencies, producers, and creatives for projects in development, etc).
- Maintain organizational documents and monitoring status of deliverables
- Manage and follow-up of quotations, invoices, and payments.
- Undertake administration tasks.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change the course of action quickly.
- 2-3 years of Experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent English is a must.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field (is a plus).
