Job Description
- Provide technical leadership to team mates through coaching and mentor-ship.
- Conduct Code and design reviews to help grow team members.
- Challenge team members to find the most efficient solutions and help solve their problems.
- Manage the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to release.
- Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level.
- Work closely with Development Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery.
- Estimate and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery.
- Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with Development Project Managers to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues.
- Ensure the team is following an efficient software development process.
Job Requirements
- Strong Knowledge in C#.
- Strong knowledge in PHP.
- Good experience with SQL and MySQL
- Good experience of Android studio
- Good experience of swift
- Team leadership skills, planning and reporting.
- Agile practiced.
- Leadership and Multitasking Skills
- Team Motivation Skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Mastering English language, both written and spoken
- Engineering or Computer Science bachelor degree
