Job Description

  • We're hiring an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative for our Misr Al Gedida office.
  • Our E-Commerce Customer Service Representative will be a key contributor to growing our business and will work very closely with our vendors, sales, and product management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers.
  • Field calls and E-mails of customer inquiries.
  • Assist with returns and the RMA process as needed.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure the safe delivery of all packages.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of computer components to assist customers with technical questions as needed.
  • Handel and solve customer complains.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree.
  • Past working Experience in an E-commerce company is preferred, not a MUST
  • Past working Experience in a Telesales position is preferred, not a MUST
  • Detail-oriented and quick-thinking personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and a strong aptitude to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent active listening and time management skills with the capability to address difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • This is an entry-level position
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
