Job Description
- Performs cost control for running projects while handling the coordination with finance to ensure a proper invoice and cash flow plan and with procurement to ensure a proper procurement plan for all projects according to the projects' schedules and approved budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Overlooks on overall master schedules, integrating revenues plan/forecast and actual figures.
- Prepares projects' budgets according to the approved P&L and follows up on the budgeted cost items.
- Assures to stay within the project each item cost budget and discusses each case with the relevant PM before action.
- Reports deviations recognized on the budget prepares recovery plans and seeks management approvals.
- Follows up on cost control processing to optimize the cash-out and report budget issues.
- Updates the budget, margin & invoices while comparing them with the baseline.
- Coordinates a master consolidated projects CM plan synchronized with projects' schedules and reports progress to the concerned management team.
- Shares Knowledge from lessons learned with all team members.
Job Requirements
- Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- PRMG is a must especially Cost Control
- Knowledge in Primavera
- Knowledge in PDF, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in CC/Tendering/Procurement (CC is preferred)
- Knowledge in Auto Cad 2D,
- Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training
