The Sales Executive (Digital Marketing Field) will be responsible for consistently winning new business via inbound and outbound initiatives, proposing a wide range of digital marketing solutions.

Sales Executive in our team is an integral part of our growth hacking strategy. This role is designed to open doors and start conversations with targeted prospects.

Due to the enormous growth potential in this industry, The company is expanding its sales team in the Middle East and seeking to hire only highly motivated, results-driven individuals.

We are looking for an energetic team player and headstrong Sales Digital Executive that can tackle the market and exceed the goals of a diverse client base!

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business sales opportunities for the company (be creative: Visits, calls, any method you prefer)
  • Customize marketing proposals for new prospects based on their marketing needs
  • Represent the company at networking events and new business meetings
  • Establish a sales pipeline through identifying business opportunities and referrals
  • Manage and maintain your sales pipeline through our CRM software
  • Provide monthly reporting on new prospects and closed business
  • Achieving Targets and KPIs

Job Requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Experience selling services to small/medium-size businesses
  • Strong background Digital Marketing field.
  • Willingness to continue learning with courses provided by the company.
  • Creativity and ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
  • Understanding your customers’ needs.
  • Promote new products and special deals.
  • Excellent in negotiation in pricing and closing deals.
  • Creating proposals & quotations, for new leads.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills.
  • Presentable, Customer Focus, Initiative, Sales Driven
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and Word
  • Conduct frequent field visits to make sure that the outcome is meeting the client's requirements and take corrective actions whenever needed

Must to have:

  • Winning mentality and a keen focus on driving new business results
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English and Arabic
  • Be adept at building relationships with clients and be on the lookout for client opportunities
  • Excellent phone manner and articulation (confidence and sense of humor a huge plus!)
  • Results-oriented and eager to succeed
  • Strong negotiation skills, persistence, and resilience
  • A positive attitude with a desire to constantly improve
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable interacting with other departments
  • Strong team player with a “’ can-do” attitude and passion for excellence; self-starter, self-motivated and independent

Plus to have:

  • Have some digital marketing knowledge and some basic experience.
  • Have Basic knowledge using the following platforms: HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, others.
  • Experience in identifying prospective clients through various marketing channels/ways
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
