JOB OVERVIEW
The role of the Experience Officer is responsible for various operational and customer service activities to ensure a seamless and exceptional member experience. He/She will work closely with the Experience Lead and be responsible for client reservations, handling customer queries and complaints, managing space operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
JOB DETAILS
Experience Management
- Supervising Hub daily operations.
- Serving as the primary contact for tenant relations.
- Enhancing operational efficiency and quality standards and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences and address their concerns.
- Responsible for the onboarding of new tenants and the offboarding process.
- Monitoring and coordinating client requests with relevant teams.
- Managing issuance of mall permits for clients and events.
- Enforcing adherence to mall rules by all clients.
- Monitoring housekeeping and security effectiveness.
- Maintaining and updating the tenants database (Access Cards, Master sheet, Directory).
- Supervising on-ground event processes.
Sales Support
- Handling booking requests.
- Assisting in managing inbound leads via tours, calls, and contracting.
Community Support
- Supporting the community team in organizing community events.
