Job Description

Role Summary:

Al Doha Group has a new opportunity for “HR Specialist – Factory” to join the HR team at the 10th of Ramadan City.

Essential Responsibilities: 

Recruitment Duties:

  • Handling all blue collars/mass recruitment requirements
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.

 

Personnel Duties:

  • Assist in processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination
  • Assist in managing the medical & social insurance issues and offices
  • Follow up, prepare all that belongs to the insurance office like sick leaves and insurance forms 1, 6, 2.
  • Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Assist in handling employee files (social insurance, medical insurance, etc.)

     

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Factories' experience background is a MUST.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Personnel and recruiting blue collars.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is highly preferred.
  • Good English is essential (written and spoken).

  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Owns a car.
