Role Summary:
Al Doha Group has a new opportunity for “HR Specialist – Factory” to join the HR team at the 10th of Ramadan City.
Essential Responsibilities:
Recruitment Duties:
- Handling all blue collars/mass recruitment requirements
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Personnel Duties:
- Assist in processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination
- Assist in managing the medical & social insurance issues and offices
- Follow up, prepare all that belongs to the insurance office like sick leaves and insurance forms 1, 6, 2.
- Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Assist in handling employee files (social insurance, medical insurance, etc.)
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Factories' experience background is a MUST.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Personnel and recruiting blue collars.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is highly preferred.
- Good English is essential (written and spoken).
