Job Description
Account Executive is a very unique and challenging position as it requires multi-skilled individual to do the job right.
Below are some of the different tasks this role need to execute with excellence:
- Having a progressive communication with the clients to educate them with the different processes.
- Manage the satisfaction of clients by having a clear communication between the different parties .
- Improve the clients activation , retention , and overall satisfaction rates by reading the data and implement the plans required for improvement.
- Work on different projects to increase clients' frequency.
- Handle Corporate deal from the cooks side if needed.
- Submit timely Performance reports.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrates knowledge of auditing skills (strong communication and customer service skills, ability to overcome objections)
- Strong verbal and writing skills, high attention to detail and follow-up, and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent decision making skills to effectively manage the needs of the customer and business
- Communication skills include: comprehension, written and verbal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (listening, questioning, conflict resolution)
