Job Description

Account Executive is a very unique and challenging position as it requires multi-skilled individual to do the job right.

Below are some of the different tasks this role need to execute with excellence:

  • Having a progressive communication with the clients to educate them with the different processes.
  • Manage the satisfaction of clients by having a clear communication between the different parties .
  • Improve the clients activation , retention , and overall satisfaction rates by reading the data and implement the plans required for improvement.
  • Work on different projects to increase clients' frequency.
  • Handle Corporate deal from the cooks side if needed.
  • Submit timely Performance reports.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrates knowledge of auditing skills (strong communication and customer service skills, ability to overcome objections)
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, high attention to detail and follow-up, and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent decision making skills to effectively manage the needs of the customer and business
  • Communication skills include: comprehension, written and verbal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (listening, questioning, conflict resolution)
  • Problem solving: strong strategic, analytical, detail oriented and structuring skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and problem-solving skills
