Job Description
- Follow up issues related to the company.
- Draft contracts and audit contracts concluded.
- Legal advice.
- Follow up and investigate the complaint, conduct the necessary investigations and determine the punishment in accordance with the Labor Law.
- Protection of intellectual property, trademarks and products of the company.
- Ensure that the company and the company comply with the relevant regulations.
- Preparation of local legal studies, especially institutions, evaluation of contracts and opinions, and conduct correspondence and meetings with government agencies.
- Providing advisory services to the company's units in legal matters including criminal law,
- Follow the local legal legislation and inform the relevant units of the company,
- Ensure that the legal services provided by the company from outside sources are implemented and coordinated in litigation and law enforcement procedures if necessary,
- Conduct risk assessment activities for local legal compliance risk to ensure that the company's procedures comply with the strategic, financial and operational objectives with the legal regulations.
- Evaluate, identify and follow up on legal risks to manage the risks of legal compliance with the Company.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in law
- Excellent command of MS office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with Microsoft office
- Proven Communication, Organizing, Planning & Reporting Skill
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
