Job Description

Payment Operations Associate provides customers the support they need to be successful at Amazon.
Supports a wide range of technology platforms across several countries. The position generally interacts directly with the customers/user where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature, such as with systems level software where the user has a technical background.
Deliver timely, accurate and professional technical support to all external Sellers. Role requires providing phone and/or email support. Understand and correctly use Amazon platform and tools to support Seller contacts. With a varying level of difficulty, addresses system issues, provide process improvements and develop internal documentation for Seller contacts while contributing to a team environment. Escalate customer issues appropriately and correctly. Demonstrate knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures. Actively seek solutions and identify trends to appropriate personnel including possible.
Key job responsibilities
•Perform a series of tasks that are guided by established policies and procedures. May be responsible for a segment of a small project. Will receive ongoing supervision.
•Perform merchant on-boarding by ensuring that all defined processes are being followed to eliminate any room for error.
•Will be expected to be on call incident management rotation duty.
•Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to customers.
•Work with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
•Be a voice and advocate for our customers when something doesn’t feel right.
•Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
•Assist with customer communication during incidents / events
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Dubai, ARE
• MS Office experience required, especially (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Willing and able to work shifts
• High attention to detail is necessary
• Must be willing to follow directions and effectively work under little supervision
• Demonstrated intense customer focus
• Excellent communication oral and written
• Relevant Degree from an accredited university or certificate of completion of studies in related field equivalent.
• Have track record of payment cards experience.
• Complete understanding of the e-commerce business.
