Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems 
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the school to facilitate other business operations
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relative field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the same field
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • Proficient computer skills
