We are looking to hire experienced, customer-oriented Sales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.

Contact potential or existing customers to initiate sales.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customers & deliver top-quality service using different communication channels (phone, chat and email).
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to ensure that customers feel supported and valued.
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions and conduct surveys to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to Docspert in-house Medical support team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information sales.

Job Conditions

Females Preferred
Relevant bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
Very good use of MS Office ( Word & Excel ).
Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating pleasant customer experiences.
Very good Sales skills.
Ability to stay professional and focused
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
