Job Description
Our client is a premium Japanese restaurant situated in an iconic five star hotel in Gezira Island, Cairo. Currently seeking a Japanese speaking restaurant manager for daily operational management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Organize and supervise employee shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve quality of service.
- Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
- Train new and current employees.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- High proficiency in Japanese.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
- Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills.
- Work experience in food and beverage outlets is advantageous.
- Degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
