Job Description
Site manager of Solar Stations
- Plan and prepare the operations schedule and organize upcoming Solar Systems installations
- Preparing and procuring of all materials and tools needed for each installation
- Interface with the client team and project consultant
- Prepare Engineering drawings (AUTOCAD) and plans for all solar system installations
- Managing the site including inventory and distribution of goods
- Coordinate work schedule with the client and our installation team
- Willingness to travel for extended periods to African countries is a must
- Leading team of technicians
- Ensuring quality control and safety measures on site
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in installations
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Good Communication skills with both on clients and on site workers
- Excellent knowledge in AUTOCAD
- Hard worker welcoming challenges and eager to assume increased responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial approach with self-starting and problem solving attitude
- Previous experience in PV installation
- Off grid battery-PV experience is a plus
