Job Description

Job Scope:

Airline Tickets Booking

  • Handling booking of air-line tickets for employee, spouse and company’s guests by responding to their requests efficiently and on time in order to ensure the best quality for service provided.

Hotel Booking

  • Dealing with Hotels and performing the booking of the Hotel rooms for company guests and meeting rooms for the Company's events and throughout making phone calls and visiting the hotels so as to give a good image to the Company and ensure the convenience of the staff and the guests.

Transportations arrangements

  • Monitoring the drivers and communicating with the Head of Drivers and acting as an intermediate between the clients and their drivers to facilitate the interaction between both parties as well as managing the company's cars and ensuring the availability of at least one pool car for the HCN business requirements.

Meet & Assist

  • Arranging meet & assist service for employees, families & company’s guests on a timely basis by communicating with vendor and providing the flight details and the Passenger's details so as to ensure the best service provided to the staff.

Supervision

  • Supervising outsourced cleaners and security guards by checking regularly the office and handling regular meetings to check on the progress of their work and responding to staff feedbacks in order to ensure office safety and cleanness.

Invoices Processing

  • Process invoices and attach any other documents needed for invoice approval by checking and reviewing all invoices and related documents so as to ensure a smooth procurement process and responding to staff requests when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Males ONLY.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant field
  • The position requires a candidate with experience of at least 2 to 5 working years in Administration
