Job Description

  • Travelling to visit potential clients with ETSS.
  • Corporation between ETSS, BMA AG and BMA MENA.
  • Manage the daily communication between the customers, BMA AG, ETSS and BMA MENA.
  • The sales Manage will be partly installed in Tunis and Cairo to maintain the good communication between all involved party.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements between the customers, ETSS and BMA Mena.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms under terms under the guideline of BMA AG, ETSS and BMA MENA.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Administering client accounts
  • Analyzing Targets sales
  • Preparing reports for head office in Tunis and Germany
  • Meeting regular sales targets in corporation with ETSS
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team in Tunis and other technical experts
  • Market/competitors’ analyses based on collected data
  • Preparation of a sales/results planning and potential analyses
  • Budget responsibility for incoming orders in the Egypt area
  • Development and implementation of local targets and BMA Group targets in the sales and service field
  • Safeguarding the product development for the After-Sales business
  • Further development of the training courses offered for BMA equipment
  • Leadership of the sales back office and service teams

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the After Sales field with sales-related emphasis (B2B)
  • Experience in the sugar industry preferred but not obligation
  • Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and several years of related experience
  • Leadership skills preferred
  • Arabic, English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of international law of contract desirable
  • Readiness to travel worldwide
