Job Description
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of Marketing activities to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Prepare and recommend brands marketing budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon
- Manage the effective achievement of market objectives through the leadership of the department– setting individual objectives, managing performance, monitoring the budget vs. expenses with recommendations, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize the performance of the brands.
