Job Description
- Supervision and direct follow-up of all administrative and practical activities of the production departments and direct coordination with the maintenance department, to ensure the readiness of the requirements of production processes.
- Develop production plans in light of production requirements, and manufacturing demands to achieve the planned production targets.
- Contribute to the development of plans for securing production and maintenance requirements, in coordination with the relevant managers.
- Develop productive operational programs on a monthly and weekly basis set production tasks on a daily basis, monitor the tracking of the implementation of these programs, address the difficulties or obstacles encountered in the daily production situation and report to the Director-General.
- Direct supervision of the work of all production departments, especially the productive stages in the factory, and ensure the commitment of the work of its members with plans of flow of work assigned to the work of each stage, and adherence to the functions assigned to them also.
- Ensuring the application of the comprehensive quality standards in all production departments in parallel with the assurance that quality is the responsibility of all personnel engaged in production.
- Ensure the optimum use of machines, equipment and supplies and continuous monitoring of product specifications to prevent waste and achieve the specifications prescribed in coordination with the Department of Quality.
