Job Description

  • Greet the customer with warmth, courtesy & personalized greeting.
  • Generating a proper queuing ticket for the customer.
  • Set up new customer accounts, customer profiling/registration.
  • Maintain and update customers database
  • Full customer need assessment by proper probing to identify the customer's needs
  • Fulfilling the customer need with speed & simplicity (Can do attitude)
  • Handle customers' inquiries & complains and payment complaints in a positive manner
  • Ensure that the customer got all the needed service before leaving
  • Farewell the customer & invite him to revisit our store
  • Provide strong & updated product knowledge
  • Supporting in maintaining the store's look & feel standards at all times

Operations:

  • Perform financial transaction throw PC interface and point of sale terminal application including all method of payments (Cash – card – wallet – QR code).
  • Interdepartmental communication to speed up the work's completion
  • Handling opening & end of day operation
  • Initiate and open new accounts

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 0-2 years’ experience in a relevant field is preferable.

Technical Skills

  • Excellent PC skills knowledge.
  • Basic financial and accounting knowledge

Personal Skills

  • Having a permanent resident in the district applying for.
  • Sales and Customer focused.
  • Presentable, self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Teamwork oriented.
  • Self-disciplined.
  • Excellent Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good reading, spoken & written English language.

  • Willing to understand simple banking teller tasks. (Cash in, cash out).
  • Accuracy with dealing with numbers.
